Our Story

Right Choice Health Group, LLC, was founded in respond to the staggering increase in opioid dependence and overdose-related deaths both in our own communities and nationwide. Unfortunately, there are far too few physicians/organizations who are equipped to provide the comprehensive care for these patients. Given the rising prevalence of this disease is what prompted Dr. Omar Faruk the creation of Right Choice Health Group, LLC in September 2015. Prior to creating Right Choice Health Group, LLC Dr. Faruk co-founded the Total Wellness Centers (aka CleanSlate Centers) in 2009, and later the founded Experience Wellness (EWC) in 2010 now Savida Health. Dr. Faruk believes, Right Choice Health Group is the best in his treatment model and innovative ideas compared to the practices he has founded previously.

It is our mission to develop a series of addiction treatment centers all around the country. We are planning to develop sites throughout the state of Massachusetts, OH,VA,FL, TX, IN,KY and CA. We currently have operational sites in Springfield, Chicopee, Westfield, Pittsfield, Palmer, Worcester, Southbridge and Fitchburg Massachusetts with five more upcoming sites in Lawrence, Haverhill, New Bedford, Fall River and Greenfiled

We currently prescribe FDA approved medications called Buprenorphine (SUBOXONE, SUBLOCADE) and VIVITROL to prevent opioid and alcohol craving. In addition, we are treating patients with Hepatitis C in our centers.

Our goal is to provide patients with tools they need to live a drug-free and productive live more importantly to prevent premature overdose-related deaths. Right Choice Health Group will continue to adopt modalities of medical /holistic treatments for opioid and other drugs dependency such as co***ne, ni****ne, alcohol and amphetamines, benzodiazepines and barbiturates.
