We’re proud to be part of the Pitkin Area Co-Responder Team, which provides transformative care in our communities. In 2024, the PACT team, which includes law enforcement and health partners, served 291 people with harm reduction services, fentanyl test strips and naloxone, interventions for reducing substance use, and health education.

🗨️“The idea that Law Enforcement and Behavioral Health can work together to address the needs of our citizens with such an innovative and thoughtful approach speaks to the courage and brilliance of our collective community leadership,” said Hans Lutgring, Regional Outreach Director at Health Solutions West.
