Dear Colleague,
Russell Research, an independent market research firm, is offering an important research survey opportunity to health care professionals working in skilled nursing facilities for which you will be incentivized. All of your answers will be completely anonymous and will never be tied to you or any of the facilities or treatment settings where you work.
If you would like to participate, please click on the link below to access the survey. The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete, and in appreciation for your time, you will be compensated with a ($100) GiftCard Pass via email if you qualify and complete the survey. The last day to complete the survey will be July 4th, 2022.
After starting the survey, you may enter or exit the survey as many times as needed to look up any specific information. However, please note only the first 175 completed responses will be accepted and incentivized.

This information will not be used for any purpose other than sending you your GiftCard Pass for providing your feedback.
