A 37-year-old male patient presented to the dental clinic with complaints of discomfort on his upper left side. During the clinical examination, it was observed that tooth number # 27 had a fractured fragment of the crown. Extraction of the tooth was performed, and post-extraction instructions were provided to the patient.

A 23-year-old female patient came to the dental clinic complaining of discomfort in the lower right side due to food collection. During the clinical examination, I observed that tooth #48 was highly decayed , the tooth was extracted at the patient's request , and post-extraction instructions were provided.

A 35-year-old male patient presented at the dental clinic with severe pain on the lower left side. Upon clinical examination, a periapical lesion was observed on tooth #36. An antibiotic was prescribed, and the patient was scheduled for another appointment in 5 days. At the follow-up appointment, the extraction of tooth #36 was performed, and post-extraction instructions were given.

Upon clinical examination, it was noted that tooth #27 was severely damaged and deemed unrestorable. Therefore, an extraction was performed with further instructions given to the patient.
