Max's NutriCare

Max's NutriCare we talk about how to Tr"Eat" yourself healthy She is currently in the final phases of her Advanced studies in nutrition at Oxford University.

Magda is an internationally qualified nutritionist that passed with distinction at The Blackford Institute. Her passions in nutrition are Allergies, Gut bacteria and Stomach parasites. In 2023 she released her first educational cookbook that is all about Wheat allergies and Gluten intolerances. In this book she discusses what wheat allergies and gluten intolerances are, what this does to your body and 16 alternative flours. Each additional flour is discussed in detail with all its pros and cons. This is backed up by more than 150 delicious alternative recipes. From 2018, but especially during the Covid 19 period, Magda worked at Western Herbal Medicine Group (WHMG) where she gained valuable experience in how to combine the allergy test that is done with the Bioplasm NLS machine with nutrition and health. Now, finally opening her own nutritional practice in Hammanskraal, another dream is starting to unfold. She lives by these motto’s:

“Healthy eating does not means just salads or food that tastes like cardboard”

“Tr-eat Yourself Healthy and Overcome Your Allergies”

And her favourite…… “ENJOY PLAYING WITH YOUR FOOD!!”

Kidney stones may be small, but anyone who has experienced them knows the pain they can cause is anything but minor. These hard mineral deposits form when waste builds up in the kidneys and crystals stick together. The good news? With the right lifestyle choices, you can significantly lower your risk. Staying hydrated, eating a balanced diet, and understanding which foods support kidney health can go a long way in keeping your body stone-free. By making mindful daily choices, you not only protect your kidneys but also boost your overall well-being.
