3. Be patient with yourself

*What is Protein?*
_It is one of the building blocks that makes you into who you are._ You hair, muscle, tissues, nails, bones, etc.

🆘 *Protein’s Benefits*

🩸Prevents muscle breakdown.
🩸Aids muscle recovery and growth.
🩸Boosts metabolism.
🩸Reduces appetite & hunger.
🩸 Makes you feel fuller for longer.

_ Not all protein is equal._

Men: Need 100g - 140g
Women: Need 80g - 100g
Grams of protein per day. (1.6 grams per kg)

BUT your body only absorbs +/- 35 grams per meal.
