Consciousness is present in all Beings. Most people, however, are living at low levels of consciousness, a miserable existence to say the least.

To change this, one must expand their consciousness beyond the mind/body experience. Shift focus from the external to the internal. Only when humankind masters their connection with the inner-self, can they live in the world without "becoming" it ➡ detachment.
