My name is Jackie and I have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2009.
In the process of doing substantial research on the illness I decided to address my overall wellness by embarking on a journey to qualify myself as a wellness coach so that I can help myself, as well as others, in all aspects of wellness.
And did I learn a lot!!
I have subsequently obtained an educational certificate from the Institute of Wellness Education.
I have started an organisation called “Finer details of wellness coaching” which addresses all 12 dimensions of wellness.
Everything is done with natural health methods and nutrition.

Why do I need a wellness coach?

A wellness coach helps their clients with the development of sustainable strategies to bring overall wellness, health, and well-being in their client's life. A wellness coach will help a person achieve their goals by working with an individual's strengths and values in creating plans for a long-term wellness strategy.

wellness is an overall balance of your physical, social, spiritual, emotional, intellectual, environmental, and occupational well-being. Wellness is a lifestyle and is not an end to be achieved. Wellness means that one strives for balance throughout his whole life.
