Microwaved scrambled eggs: 2 eggs, pinch of salt, 1tbsp milk. Cover, cook for 30sec, stir, another 30sec. Done!

Recipe for 4 servings:
2 handfuls of baby spinach
3 granny smith apples chopped
About 10 mint leaves
3 cups very cold water.
That's it!!
Green juice and 2 boiled eggs. Breakfast sorted!
