I've previously written about my irrational fear of earthquakes (being squished) and volcanoes.

I have never been able to watch a movie or the news on tv when there is a scene showing a volcano erupting or the earth shaking uncontrollably during an earthquake. I have always closed my eyes and blocked my ears.

However, since discovering that I have already experienced at least 4 past lives where earthquakes and volcanoes were a major feature, I wondered how I would respond to the recent eruption of Mount Etna. When it recently hit the evening news on tv I automatically looked away and blocked my ears.

Then quite by accident, while scrolling through FB one night I came accross a photo of Mount Etna showing a bright orange path streaming down the mountain at the night.

It took a moment for me to realise what I was looking at and another few seconds to realise that I was not shutting my eyes and turning away.

This was progress. This was completely new behaviour for me.

As I am writing this right now, I am looking at a webpage showing Mount Etna erupting. That is huge for me!!

So what happened in order for me to be able to stay calm and not look away? I realised that I have already died 'by volcano' and I already died by being squished during an earthquake - I saw the earth open up and I fell in and then it all went dark.

My worst fears have already happened.

But in order to work through your fears and phobias you first have to identify them and discover what caused them in the first place.

This is where the Akashic Records can assist you.

But in all honesty I have to say that I still wont be booking a trip to any country that has 'living" volcanoes or that suffers earthquakes. I'm not that brave yet!!!

The Akashic Records can assist you in your every day life in ways that would surprise you.

We worked with a client who was struggling as they always put themselves last. They helped everyone around them even when they really had no more to give - nothing left financially, emotionally, mentally or spiritually. They were completely drained.

The Akashic Records revealed that this behaviour was a theme throughout their many incarnations.

The question they wanted the Akashic Records to answer was: What lessons must they learn from their current life and past lives?

Be a good child by respecting parents
8. Do not self-sacrifice.

10. You are kind and loving to others – now be kind and loving to yourself.

Why is our client traumatised by heights?

Our client has no memory of ever falling from a height and getting hurt. Her parents have no idea why she is so traumatised by having to go up more than a few floors in a tall buidling.

I saw a tall skyscraper and I knew it was in New York. It was either early dawn or early dusk.

A man named Ronald lost money, a large amount for him. He was a regular guy who worked for his money. He got caught up in the frenzy of the stock market in and around 1929.

He did not tell his wife that he had invested all their meagre savings. He invested more than he should have. And now it was all gone.

He still had his job; I think in a factory. But he is positive now that with the crash many jobs will be lost as people all over the country had lost big.

He had no savings in the event of him losing his job and he had no way of supporting his pregnant wife and their 3 children.

He took the easy way out. And jumped.

I got the feeling that our client was not Ronald the father, but rather his son, Ronald II who was 9 years old at the time of his father's su***de.

He idolized his father and was completely traumatized by his father’s death and never lost his fear of looking down from any great height.

Did I drown? This was a question raised by a client with a water phobia.

I saw a young man, a boy really, floundering in the high seas. I saw a ship being tossed about in the huge seas. There were heavy swells. It was a wooden ship, and it was a dark night.

The skinny young boy named Johnny was a new ship hand. It was his first time sailing. They were near Barbados. Johnny was 17 years old. He was English. He had a family back in England, possibly in Yarmouth.

He had a mother and father and many siblings. I saw the family standing around his gravesite for the burial. The words I heard were “Good son. Obedient. Followed the gospel. Went to church with his family, shy.”

Johnny used to help his father in his shoemaking business. But business was bad, and Johnny signed up for a job on the ship.

The ship sailed to Barbados and brought back exotic stuff (sugar cane). Johnny thought that in addition to his wages he may have an opportunity to bring back some treats for his family – if he didn’t eat it himself while on board!

As the ship took on more water and started to go down Johnny’s last thoughts were of how much he’d miss his family.

A client wanted to know when she first appeared in the Akashic Records.

I had the feeling that the client first appeared somewhere in the British Isles – possibly Scotland or the Scottish Isles.

It was dark, cold and wet (damp), but not raining. Heavy dark clouds overhead.

I saw the edge of a cliff or a high hill. I saw what looked like round houses with some sort of thatching on the roof. I would imagine that these houses only consisted of one room.

The word “caveman” came to mind. But the person I saw was not a caveman. It is impossible for me to say whether the person I saw was a man or a woman. I know it was not a child though.

The person was short and stout. The person was dark skinned, but I have the feeling that the person’s body was covered with some sort of grease or mud. I think there were drawings on the body.

The person was wearing some sort of waist coat / jacket made from fur and tied with some sort of homemade rope. The persons features seemed coarse / rough from being out in the harsh climate.

I saw a campfire with some rough looking short people. sitting by the fire. They had round stomachs (carrying fat). They were peasant farmers not fishermen. They lived far north.

I couldn't understand the chatter as it sounded more grunt like but was rough (guttural) sounding.

As the scene faded I heard the words Pictish and before time as now.

After the reading I went in search of information regarding the Picts. They lived in Scotland from 79 to 843 CE. More information about the Picts can be found at

A client had a two part question: Were her migraines caused by a past life head injury and did the number 1066 hold any significance for her?

I saw a medieval battle ground linked to both England and France. I know both sides were involved in the battle but could not see where the battle was being fought.

I saw men in shining metal suits of armour. There was a young boy, possibly a teenager to mid-teens, maybe 18 years of age.

He lost his horse. He'd fallen off. He was standing there looking dazed. The battle had more of less finished and it was quieter now with people standing or walking around with dazed and glazed looks on their faces.

The teen had taken off his helmet. His head was not protected. A lone enemy, an older man, came up and caught the youngster off guard.

The man raised his sword and swung it at the teen. He was stabbed on the forehead between his eyes. Then the old man swung the sword again and took the teens head off his shoulders. The teen was called Jamie, and he fought with the English.

I did not receive an answer to the question about the number 1066. I saw only the colour red behind my eyelids.

But I had the distinct feeling that the first part of the question regarding the head injury and the number 1066 were connected.

The Battle of Hastings took place in 1066. The Normans invaded England in 1066. I know that Jamie was killed at the Battle of Hastings in 1066. He suffered a catastrophic head injury.

**Have you met your Spirit Guides?**
**Have you met your animal Guides?**

Earlier on when I asked to meet my Spirit Guides I was shown three orbs of light. I did not meet them formally at that point. But later I met two elderly white haired gentlemen. The one's name is Jeffrey and he is the one I see most often. He is peaceful and serene looking. I can picture him in my mind's eye but yet when I want to describe him, I can't.

I also asked to meet my animal guides and immediately two names popped into my head - Sebastian and Smokey.

Sebastian is a wolf. Smokey is a rabbit.

The name Sebastian is associated with the word’s bravery, loyalty, determination and spiritual strength. I was introduced to Sebastian during a meditation. I was shown an origami animal, and I wasn't at first sure whether it was a wolf or a dog. I checked origami animals online and immediately saw that it was a wolf.

Rabbits are described as creatures of intuition. Smokey appeared to me as a pair of long ears!
I did check with my guides afterwards whether I had a wolf and a rabbit as animal guides and the answer was a definite Yes.
