This book is the first in the series and it touches on different important aspects related to the process of divorce and the effect it has on the children and the parents. These topics will be discussed individually in more detail in the books that will follow.

Many books only focusses on either the parent or the child, but in this book it provides a helpful guide for parents (for themselves and the child) before, during and after separation/ divorce.

Mental health matters. 💪

Men account for 80% of suicides in South Africa, prompting an urgent call by the South African Depression and Anxiety Group for a shift in how strength is defined and urging them to seek help.

Su***de rates remain alarmingly high, with South Africa recording about 23.5 suicides per 100,000 people, among the highest in Africa.
