* Our role is to improve a person’s physical well-being and quality of life through individualised scientific assessment and the prescription of exercise in rehabilitative treatment to prevent or intervene with certain ailments and the enhancement of performance (sport and work).
* We evaluate & measure: body posture, body composition, blood pressure, glucose levels, lung function, heart rate, fitness, muscle strength, speed, agility, power, flexibility and other health screenings.

Kinderkinetics
Kinderkinetics is a profession that aims to promote and optimizes the neuro-motoric development of young children (0-13 years) through scientifically based physical activity. All programmes within this profession have a preventative, stimulating, developing and rehabilitative nature. In summary, it has the following goals:
* Promote functional growth and proper motor development of young children.
* Focus on certain movement activities to promote/ facilitate sport specific skills.
* Implement appropriate rehabilitation programmes for children with growth and/ or developmental disabilities in order to maintain an active, healthy lifestyle. Services we offer:
