Throwback Medal Monday 🏅

A little throwback to the Swasap Race — one of those runs that stays with you. Not just for the distance, but for the moments in between… the early morning energy, the quiet battles on the road, and that feeling of pushing through when it got tough.

These medals are a reminder of that day — the effort, the discipline, and the small wins that add up over time. Definitely a memory worth holding onto.
