BVD Self-Test 👁️

How to do it (in a dark room):
• Focus on the red cross.
• Cover one eye.
• Switch eyes slowly.
• Repeat a few times.
What to notice:
✔️ If the cross stays in the same place – alignment is likely good.

⚠️ If it “jumps” up, down, or sideways – it may indicate Binocular Vision Dysfunction (BVD).

Common symptoms:
• Headaches
• Dizziness
• Anxiety
• Eye strain
• Trouble focusing
• Feeling “off” in busy spaces
This is not a diagnosis, but if you notice movement, a professional evaluation is recommended.
