1. STOP comparing yourself to others, everyoneโs journey is different and we need to accept and embrace that some results are fast and some take more time....๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฉ๐ปโ๐ณ๐ท๐ปโโ๐จ๐ปโ๐ง๐จ๐ฝโ๐
2. Move regularly
If you do the activities that you love you will never exercise a day in your life! ๐ just MOVE!!!!! as you do them more frequently youโll get better, stronger & fitter and become more confident. So dance ๐๐ป run ๐๐ผโโ swim ๐๐ปโโ or lift weights ๐๐ผโโ and do what you enjoy ๐
3. Aim to eat clean everyday. Why? Because when you EAT C.R.A.P you feel ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฉ (bloated & sluggish ๐) and not confident in your own body.
WHEN YOU EAT WELL YOU FEEL UNBELIEVABLE ๐ฉ๐ผโ๐ค๐จ๐ปโ๐ค every day, your ENERGY increases, you lose the bloated feeling , you start seeing results.... and you KNOW youโre doing the BEST THING FOR YOUR BODY AND LIFESTYLE ๐ช๐ผ๐
