Exciting times for Yoga Flow… we are starting our very own ladies boxing club! A safe place to come and get your sparkle on, punch all your worries away and take take some time out for you. A fun and sassy way to stay fit and get healthy!!
Starting off with a bang we will be hosting a launch class this Saturday morning 7:00-8:00 to come and see if you love it! This launch class is free! So no obligation just come as you are 🥊
Next week some more classes will be put down on the schedule!
