Party time and it starts with the men's movement class at 5.45am. Today the guys get to kick off their shoes and stretch as we go onto the last month of 2025. The balancing aid is an animal prod and the theraband is for stretching. Photos and workout video to follow.

Mixed feelings on a Monday morning. Went for a cycle with my husband and saw so many bokkies and bat-eared foxes but we returned home with smoke in our nostrils. A reminder of the fire that ravaged our (MY) mountain but I was also happy to see my clients and friends on the road.
