🧐 *Improves concentration and performance. *Eating breakfast helps you stay focused and thinking clearly. Skipping breakfast can leave you feeling tired and sluggish.

🍳 *Supports your metabolism. *Eating breakfast kick-starts your metabolism (the process of turning food into energy) This helps to use the calories more efficiently throughout the day.

🫐 *Hunger and weight control. *Skipping breakfast can lead to overeating later in the day. A healthy breakfast can reduce cravings and therefore help with managing your weight.
