So I am going to encourage you to get ahead of the game and already plan your Friday night treat.... Why not BUILD A BURGER at home.

🍔Doing home made burgers allows you to cater to everyone's taste
🍔You are able to cut back on hidden fats- No extra butters, sauces, fried patty's etc

Over the last while I have had many conversations with patients on how hard their journeys are. It's true, there are challenging times and it's not always easy for most people, irrespective of their conditions or goals.
One thing we need to remember is to take one step at a time.
Its a journey, it doesn't have to happen overnight.
