Here’s how to keep your eyes happy this winter:

1.Use lubricating eye drops (dry air = dry eyes)
2.Wear UV-protective sunglasses – yes, even in winter!
3.Don’t sit too close to heaters
4.Take screen breaks: 20-20-20 rule (every 20 mins, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds)
