So my training log for today Monday March 2/ 2026 has been excellent 👌🤩🤩🤟🤩🙌. Stats :
1- 6am - trained chest -progressive overload up to 120kg incline bench …
2-815am- 4.12km Outfoor run.
3-10am -1km ski Erg into 100 wall balls into 1km ski erg into 50m Kettle bells farmer’s walk- then glute thrusters and walking lunges circuit .
2pm - Abdominal cable crunches and hanging leg raises x 5 sets of 20 each ..

So tell me again how tough it is ?? …
But did you die 😭😭🤟

Finished for today I hope 😅 time to eat Eat and eat some more….
