We are a bunch of normal people who felt like we were drowning in self-doubt, questioning our sanity and worth based on comments like "you're crazy" or "you're being too sensitive." These labels dismissed our very real experiences, making us feel like our struggles weren't valid, like something was wrong with us for sim
