📝 Benita’s Top Tips for Sending Your Prescription:
1️⃣ Always include all your details when emailing your prescription —
• Medical Aid Name & Membership Number
• Full Name, Address & Contact Number
This helps us process your script faster and saves you the back-and-forth on email.

2️⃣ Schedule 5 or 6 prescriptions must be sent directly from your doctor, and you’ll need to bring the original copy when collecting.

3️⃣ Ask your doctor to include your ID number on the script — it allows us to quickly access your patient profile at M-KEM.
