Each serving contains 26g of protein and they’re so so delicious 🤩 you also only need 4 ingredients 💃🏽

Ingredients (makes 2 servings)

- 200ml Boiling Water
- 80g Jelly powder (flavoured, or unflavoured)
- 50g Mixed Berry Clear Whey Protein (or any flavour you want)
- 200g Greek Yoghurt

Method:

1. Add the boiling water to a mixing bowl along with the jelly powder. Whisk until dissolved.
2. Allow the mixture to cool for 5 minutes, then whisk in the clear whey protein until smooth.
3. Whisk in the Greek yoghurt.
4. Divide the mixture between glasses or jars, then refrigerate until set (2-3 hours).
5. Top with some more yoghurt if you like, and enjoy!
