It’s no secret that more young people are facing mental fatigue, often described as “brain fog”, difficulty focusing, forgetfulness, and feeling mentally sluggish. Let’s explore some lifestyle and environmental influences that may be playing a role, as well as actionable ideas to combat them.

1. Water Quality and Wellness

Most of us drink tap water every day, yet many aren’t aware that it often contains various chemicals. One commonly discussed additive is fluoride, which is added to promote dental health. However, some suggest that long-term consumption may have side effects on mental clarity. Choosing high-quality filtered water could be a helpful step toward staying mentally sharp.

2. Plastics in Our Environment

Microplastics have become a hot topic as these tiny plastic particles find their way into our oceans, food, and even drinking water. These microplastics often carry chemicals that can disrupt our body’s natural balance, potentially impacting cognitive function over time.
