Ride 380km in 3 days; perfect for all cycling enthusiasts.

The Cape Classic 380 is a professional 3-day cycling event for amateur enthusiasts wanting to kick start the cycling season, or use it as a training ride for Double Century or Full Ironman. It consists of 380km of rolling road closures for the entire event, ensuring a fun and safe journey for the riders involved and is limited to only 60 riders.

Thursday night, not this Thursday (obviously), the 23rd of October is the Cape Classic registration which is held at in Montagu.

Here you'll check in with the registration crew, listen all the in's and out's of what you need to know, meet up with new and old faces and feed your face.

Are you competitive?

While the Cape Classic 380 is a three day cycling tour, the format allows for those more competitive riders to get their fix in.

Leader jerseys are available for the first male and female who score the most points on the leaderboard.

The first jerseys are awarded on day 1 at lunch, after the ride, then at prize giving after day 2 at dinner, with the overall winners announced on Sunday.

For more information about how to earn points, we'll explain more in the next post.
