My name is Sagie, I am a 67 year old man suffering from depression and anxiety for the past
14 years. This started when I fell off a step ladder and cracked my skull.
To make matters worse, I had a major heart attack 3 years later. As time progressed my anxiety escalated to such an extent I was referred to a psychiatrist who prescribed anti-psychotic and anti-anxiety medication. I became immune to the medication, so the anxiety got worse and the medications kept changing and getting stronger.
Life became unmanageable and every time I had a challenge to face, my anxiety escalated.
Hayley started working with my wife a few weeks ago and then we decided as a couple to work with Hayley to help us with a family issue.
I am so proud to say that today I am in control of both my anxiety and depression. We have done three sessions of TCMR and I started to notice the subtle change in the way I responded to matters after just the first session and now by the 3rd session I am seriously considering stopping my depression medication. With Hayley’s guidance I am going to start my weaning process.
I don’t remember the last time I felt as good as I do now. Hayley has been truly amazing in her healing process. A process that we started to help our family with a difficult situation ended up helping me. I can honestly say her healing has been amazing, I am a man who in the past wanted to see immediate improvements. I never thought I would have the resilience and perseverance to continue to work Hayley, I am so grateful that I did.
I feel like life is no longer an upward battle, it is just a journey and I am finding the path so much more pleasant and I have so much appreciation for everything around me.

A Mom’s Heartfelt Testimonial

My 41 year old son has been struggling with substance abuse since the age of 18. As parents we have tried many interventions over the years and he even tried on his own to beat the disease or even control it instead of the disease controlling him.
Our success with the said interventions was very short lived and his disease progressed rapidly every time he went back to it. His triggers were varied but the biggest trigger was rejection of any kind.
This last bout of his lasted for just over 7 years. His marriage had failed and this set him off on a downward spiral for the past 7 years. During those years he did have sober and dry periods but they did not last long. The last 3 years of the 7 were the worst ever, financial ruin, physically ill and mentally he was totally unstable. He suffered from massive depression and we used to worry about him taking his own life.
Hayley and I crossed paths 4 months ago and after we did some healing for myself, I realised that Hayley could most likely assist. I approached her for help with my son, but it had to be done without him being present. The reason being that there was no way he was going to accept help and anything we approached him with would be shot down.
Hayley prepared a treatment plan for us and his dad and I started his first treatment. Within 2 weeks of starting with Hayley he approached his dad and I and said he is unable to cope with life and he needs to go into a sober house. I must emphasise that this is the first time in over 20 years that he has taken the initiative to seek help.
Hayley has been truly amazing. The first session was truly heart wrenching and painful for his dad and I, but so invigorating and enlightening. Immediately thereafter... 💛Continued in the comments
