How have you been feeling lately?

It's usually around this time of year you start feeling the burnout again.
Janu-worry has passed, February is purely recovery time (you may be on a major come down from all the adrenalin you've been surviving on since the start of 2024, and, March arrives with a bang.

This is when you start to slow down again, when you are feeling like you have pushed yourself, and the pressure to push through the new year resolutions you feel so deeply you want to abandon, is met with feelings of guilt.

Now, I get it, this is not directed at everyone. Some people start to feel energized and aligned.
