Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes it feels easier to keep our problems to ourselves. But there's incredible strength in speaking out and sharing our struggles. 🗣️✨

When we talk about our problems, we:

Gain New Perspectives: Others can offer insights and solutions we might not have considered.

Build Connections: Opening up fosters deeper relationships and reminds us we're not alone.

Depression can manifest in many ways. It's not just sadness—sometimes it's exhaustion, irritability, or a loss of interest in things you once loved.

It might look like withdrawal from activities you used to enjoy, changes in sleep, or even physical aches.

You'll find me glued to the TV screen this weekend as I watch my favourite golfing event of the year - The Masters Tournament at Augusta.

I have a special interest in golf and was the sports psychologist for the Surrey Junior Golf Squad back in the day when I used to live permanently in the UK.
