2. Take just 5 minutes each day to write a quick positive note to yourself. Call it your daily win note ❤️

3. Stretch, move, dance, anything - any physical activity for at least 30 minutes a day. Do it!

4. Go outside and breathe in fresh air. As the kids say, go touch grass. Literally 😂
