What's your workout split look like throughout the week?

I struggled to find time and motivation, with a 6 days a week schedule. Yes, for some this may work, yet we all got different lifestyles which play an important role within find a positive balance. Well making a long stop short check my split out below..🀝

Mon - chest, tricep and abs
Tues - Legs (quad focused)
Wednes - back, bicep and oblique
Thurs - REST (yet may you feel fatigued on Wed, use this day for back)
Fri - Legs (Hamstring focused)
Satur - full upper body pump
Sun - REST
