Urgent Vacancy – Executive Assistant to Chief Operating Officer at React Group
React Group is seeking the services of a highly competent individual to fill the crucial role of a Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the business.

React Group is a leading provider in the South African market, specialising in comprehensive turn-key solutions across multiple sectors, including retail, commercial, industrial, and residential. Our services encompass retail construction, space automation, plumbing, building, roofing, electrical work, flooring, fencing, and steel fabrication.
Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant will serve as direct assistant and acting on behalf of the COO across all areas of operations. This is a vital role to ensure the smooth running of operations and to accompany the COO to meetings and strategic discussions. They will also be responsible for handling communications on behalf of the COO via email, telephone, and in meetings when necessary. The role requires the this individual to assist with travel arrangements, including accompanying the COO to other provinces.
Candidate Profile:
Education: Tertiary education in business studies is required. A degree in Construction
Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field from a recognised institution is
preferred.
Experience: A proven background in the commercial and construction industries is essential.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Exceptional business acumen
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including business writing.

Additional Requirements:
The successful candidate will be actively involved in day-to-day operations and strategic planning. Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to act in the best interest of the role and the business
are paramount.
Applicants must be in possession of a valid SA Driver’s license.
The successful applicant will operate on varying days from an office in Paarl as well as our CapeTown Head Office, situated in Parow.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Market Related with experience.
