A Place To Breathe exists because no one deserves to feel alone in their pain — especially our youth 🌸

🤍🕯️ I created this WhatsApp Channel as a safe, judgement-free space for mental health awareness, encouragement, and gentle reminders that your feelings matter 🤍
Alongside it, there is a group chat for those who need connection, peer support, and a place where their voice can be held with care 🌸

🕯️🤍 This is not a space for fixing or diagnosing — it’s a space for listening.
For holding space.
For reminding one another that healing takes time and that it’s okay to take life one breath at a time 🕯️🌸
