Winter can leave us feeling heavy, tired, and low (shorter days, more time indoors, isolated and less sunlight). As the season of winter shifts - shift your intentions to a fulfilled you (body and mind). Here are a few ideas, but be creative in creating your own ideas too.

🍀 Spend a few minutes outdoors.
🍀 Open your curtains and windows for sunlight and fresh air.
🍀 Notice the changes in nature.
🍀 Incorporate gentle stretching and movements.
🍀 Take mindful breaks.
🍀 Set small intentions "I am enough".
🍀 Reconnect with friends and family.
🍀 Gardening, arts and crafts.
🍀 Activate your 5 senses (sight, smell, taste, hearing, touch)
🍀 Take a different route to work.
