Winter can leave us feeling heavy, tired, and low (shorter days, more time indoors, isolated and less sunlight). As the season of winter shifts - shift your intentions to a fulfilled you (body and mind). Here are a few ideas, but be creative in creating your own ideas too.

π Activate your 5 senses (sight, smell, taste, hearing, touch)
π Take a different route to work.
π Change the way you speak to yourself.
π See the good first.
