Our Practices

Irene Intercare

Located within Southdowns Shopping centre, our Irene Intercare branch opened it’s doors in April 2007. Nadia Bingle started practicing here in 2010 and was joined by De Villiers Koster in 2014. In 2015 the two of them bought over the practice from the previous owners and thus the Bingle & Koster partnership was born.

This practice has seen tremendous growth and we now have four physiotherapists practicing from this branch.

Doringkloof Medical Centre

As the need for physiotherapy in the area grew, Nadia and De Villiers branched out and in August 2015 established a practice within the Doringkloof medical centre, located within Doringkloof Mall. This practice quickly gained popularity as it was the first practice in the area to offer services on Saturdays.

We currently have two physiotherapists practicing at this location.

Virgin Active Centurion

In July 2017, a new practice was added, located within Virgin Active Centurion. This new location created the opportunity for patients to be seen in the early morning before work as well as on Saturdays. The unique gym setup makes it ideal for rehab and sport patients as we work alongside biokineticists and personal trainers to optimally recover function.

Virgin Active Groenkloof

In April 2019 we opened another gym practice, based within Virgin Active Groenkloof. This location creates the opportunity for patients to be seen in the early morning before work as well as on Saturdays. The unique gym setup makes it ideal for rehab and sport patients as we work alongside biokineticists and personal trainers to optimally recover function.

Virgin Active Menlyn Maine

Located within Virgin Active Menlyn Maine, this practice opened on 1 July 2019. This location creates the opportunity for patients to be seen in the early morning before work as well as on Saturdays. The unique gym setup makes it ideal for rehab and sport patients as we work alongside biokineticists and personal trainers to optimally recover function.
