Autumn Special!

I am excited to meet you on the mat and introduce you to the essential inner wellness practices of yoga.

A holistic scope integrating mindfulness, slow flow, relaxing pauses during yin to release your connective tissues (fascia), restoratives, somatic movement and meditation. Essential oils are also used to invite a deeper state of relaxation.

Focusing on resetting your mind, body and soul to a more tranquil and peaceful state.

This is a gentle, restorative class suitable for all levels including beginners. Mindfulness, breathwork and meditation is included.

Classes are offered:

*Saturdays SLOW FLOW RESTORATIVE 8:15am - 9:30am, Erin Hall, Rondebosch*

*Tuesdays YIN RESTORATIVE 6:20pm - 7:20pm Drawing Room, Atheneum, Newlands*

*Wednesdays YIN RESTORATIVE 6:20pm - 7:20pm, Theatre Arts, Observatory*

Please let me know if you have any injuries or if you are pregnant so I may modify the poses for your benefit and comfort. You may direct message me. Private classes may also be arranged for your personalised practice.

Dear Beloved Yogi Family,

As this year comes to an end, I find myself reflecting on the profound journey we've shared. This year has been unlike any other for me, as I faced a life-altering experience that taught me lessons I could never have anticipated. In the shadows of near-death, I discovered the true essence of life: connection, gratitude, and the power of each breath we take.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each of you. Your unwavering support, kindness, and dedication to your practice have been a source of strength and inspiration for me. In moments when I felt fragile and uncertain, seeing you on the mat has reminded me of the beauty of resilience and the importance of community.

Your presence in our classes has created a warm and supportive environment where we can all thrive. Each session, filled with shared energy and intentions, has contributed to a bond that extends beyond the mat.

Thank you for the laughter, the shared challenges, and the moments of stillness we’ve cultivated together. It has been a privilege to witness your progress, both in yoga and in life. Remember that every pose, every breath, and every meditation is a step on our unique paths, and I am honoured to be part of yours.

I have witnessed your courage, progress, and commitment, and these experiences have rekindled my spirit and passion for teaching in ways I never thought possible.

This year has taught me that every moment is a gift and that love—whether for ourselves, for each other, or for the practice—can lead us through the darkest times. As we transition into a new year, let us carry this gratitude forward, honouring every breath and every moment together.
