‘Peartree on East’ is now available to rent. It is a block of 3 offices with a bathroom, small kitchen and separate entrance. for now. Going for R17 500 pm ex VAT. Water and wifi included. East has solar lights only, the rest is on Eskom and separately metered.

If the prospective tenant forms ‘part’ of the Peartree practitioner team, the back parking, receptionist and cleaning is included but only weekdays (no weekends or public holidays and closed over Dec break).

Alternatively, they can operate totally separately with 4 parking spots at the front only with no access to the back and no cleaning service. Furniture not included.
