How it all started. A Self-Taught Yoga Teacher. Helping people create a better bond and relationship with their bodies.

I remember I started teaching yoga for free while I was doing my BCom Law Degree then during Lockdown, virtually and people would pay with Airtime 😂 now I just charge R2/minute. Still offer virtual sessions and in person.

The dream is to one day host events and travel with groups, couples and individuals ✨️
