Greetings everyone, I hope you are well, during this traumatic time!
Please have a plan of action to deal with a crisis situation, and also remember to protect your mental health. Try to maintain good habits, for your physical and mental health. Sharing a few tips:
- sleep is essential, if you're working at night, please make time to sleep during the day,
- eat well, try not to skip meals,
-do some physical activity/ exercise, which will release the feel good hormone,
-try you best to avoid excessive worry, focus on the positive.
-stop excessive exposure to harmful media images& videos, everything in moderation,
-watch some videos on the beauty of nature,
-watch some cartoons/comedy, to make you laugh,
-social contact is important, phone a friend and talk about something positive/happy, that you are looking forward to,
-listen to some soothing/relaxing music, if you're into music,
-pray/meditate to practice focused concentration,
-breathing exercises, to help restore inner calmness and reduce some anxiety.

Take care, and be safe!
