Serotonin is a chemical that has a wide variety of functions in the human body, often referred to as the "Happy chemical" because it contributes

to to wellbeing and happiness. Serotonin Skin and Body Clinic, aims to assist with naturally nurturing these happy hormones by naturally boosting serotonin levels with well being treatments, to uplift the mood, so there is improved sleep, increased memory function and that you leave with positive feelings about yourself. It goes without saying, that for someone suffering with depression and anxiety, seeking professional treatment is first and foremost and the first most vital step. No one would advocate swapping therapy and meds for beauty treatments. Having personally suffered with low serotonin levels, caused by severe stress contributing to both anxiety, depression and weight gain, I have firsthand knowledge of the effects of stress on the body, particularly on the men and woman of today. I am a ITEC qualified Aesthetician as well as Make up Artist, masseuse, Beauty blogger and weight management Lifestyle coach through the International Health point 2.1 program with resounding success. By assisting with understanding your relationship with food, we can empower you to increase metabolism and energy levels, reduce your weight and centimeter loss, all with a unique daily coaching process. Daily accountability with regular personal messages, audio material and weekly in-person contact sessions to keep you on track and the end goal in sight.
