People are increasingly victims of many social forces that negatively affect their well-being and functioning. As we live, we encounter different challenges, those challenges can be personal, family, social and work-related. Muzo Life and Well-being acknowledge that individuals come from different families, and they form part of societies. We aim to improve the well-being of individuals, and families and to promote mental health to individuals in various enterprises and organisations.
