Save it for your next upper body session this week✨💾
To all my home girls and boys, here is a quick home session targeting the whole upper body with just a pair of dumbbells. If you have a resistance band for warming up that’s a bonus too! 😄

WARM UP
1️⃣Lower back stretches for 30 seconds each
2️⃣Cat cow stretches 8 reps
3️⃣Back and shoulder stretches 5 each side
4️⃣Lower and upper back stretches 6 reps
5️⃣Band work 30 seconds each
WEIGHTS
1️⃣Chest raises into front raises 10 reps x 4
2️⃣Bent over row into tricep kickback 10 reps each side x4
3️⃣Chest flys 12 reps x 4
4️⃣Bicep curls into overhead press 10 reps x 4
