Job Title: Sales and Marketing Administrator

Location: Bluff

Job Type: Full-time

About Us:

We are a reputable funeral brokerage seeking a highly organized and sales-driven administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support, generate new business leads, and build relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the brokerage team
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies
- Build relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and email marketing
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Travel to meet with clients and attend networking events (petrol expenses reimbursed)
- Submit claims to insurance companies on behalf of clients
- Provide emotional support to clients during difficult times

Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales and administrative experience; experience in the funeral industry an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Reliable car and valid driver's license required
- Compassionate and empathetic approach

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Occasional weekend work may be required, which will be compensated for
