💡 Understanding Waiting Periods on Our Funeral Policies 💡

At Newlands City Funerals, we believe in being transparent and supportive, especially during life’s most difficult moments. Here's what you need to know about our policy waiting periods:

🔸 Natural Death
There is a 6-month waiting period from the date of your first debit order. This applies to deaths from illness, old age, or other natural causes.

🔸 Unnatural Death
If the death is due to an accident, robbery, or any other sudden event considered "unnatural," you are covered from the first successful debit order. That means you're protected immediately after your first payment clears.

🔸 Su***de
Due to strict insurance regulations, su***de carries a 2-year waiting period. This means coverage for su***de-related claims only becomes active after 24 months from your policy’s start date.
