Inflammation is tied in with arthritis and memory loss. Diabetes, high insulin levels, high glucose levels, disruption of the gut microbiome are all part of the inflammatory process.

If you serve up your lentils with a protein like Fish, Cheese or Chicken (or on it's own to compliment your veggies) you’ll be doing a good job of rounding out your iron profile. Always add some yummy veggies on the side
We prefer for you to have a selection of Organic Lentils and not processed from a tin

A must try!! RECIPE: Cauliflower Bread
Hundreds of healthy recipes for free at ★ www.viance.com

Ingredients:
½ small cauliflower, trimmed of core
one egg
¼ cup mozzarella cheese and Parmesan blend (you can just use mozzarella)
1 tsp dried oregano
salt and pepper to season
1 tsp olive oil

Cauliflower is one vegetable that immediately piques our interest whenever it comes up in a recipe. It’s a vegetable that works so well with a host of other ingredients so we can’t help but take interest in how it’s used, like this cauliflower bread recipe. Gluten Free and WAY healthier than normal bread.

Instructions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 160C.
2. Place cauliflower pieces in your food processor ** and blitz on Speed 7 for 5 seconds until cauliflower is finely chopped. Use Turbo a couple of times to blitz any remaining larger pieces.
3. Add egg, cheese, oregano and seasoning and mix together on Speed 3 for a few second until well combined.
4. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and use olive oil to grease.
5. Place spoonfuls of the cauliflower mixture on sheet and spread out into circles, around 1cm in height.
6. Bake for 40 minutes until slightly dried out, browning, and firm to the touch.
7. Remove from oven and using a spatula carefully peel away from baking paper. Flip over and return to oven for 10 more minutes.
Add some avocado and some yogurt and serve immediately where possible. 😋😋😋

For some of us, body image or self-esteem problems are too much to handle alone. Health issues, depression, or trauma can affect how we feel about ourselves, I often have to first treat 'low self esteam and or low body image whilst my clients do their specific health program.

I am by no means a very good writer, so please bare with me! But I really wanted to get this message across to ladies who might feel like i did. If you feel like this, make it a priority to sort it out. Life is too short to not be happy.....

April 'Blog'
After meeting and chatting to a lot of women- there is something that has been on my mind a lot lately- and that is :Being comfortable in your own skin.

Being uncomfortable in our skin is not ok. Being unhealthy and teaching our children this lifestyle so that they end up uncomfortable in their own skin is not ok. Not only are we cheating ourself out of years of our lives with all the disease and risk nowadays, but we are cheating ourselves out of being the person that God intended us to be.. one that is happy and lives life to the full.

For years i spent so much money trying to buy clothes to cover the insecurities of my body- instead of addressing the route of this insecurity. I would spend a long time each morning trying to find the right things to wear, but NEVER felt confident and secure! Once i started living right- eating and exercising- all this changed! Just the fact that i was taking action and doing something about it, did a WORLD of good for my self esteem. And now - imperfections and all- i feel good in my own skin and feel healthy and am not wasting time and energy on something that doesn't deserve that time!

Im not writing this to get you to do Naturally for you. Its to get you thinking and to get you to do SOMETHING that works for you! You can live a life where you are happy, healthy, comfortable and confident!!! I have seen it happen in my life and in the lives of women who have done the program. DO NOT accept feeling bad about yourself, and being unhealthy! As you will teach your children, especially daughters- this as well. Do something about it!! Take hold of your life - You deserve to be happy...

Naturally For Juniors - a 'Healthy Eating Plan' to assist your child with the prevention of ADHD, Pre Diabetes, Obesity and other health and mental risks our children are facing.

We LOVE all the beautiful children that are currently on 'Naturally for Junior' Program and those who have successfully completed their program and are well into their teens. They are living happy, healthy, active and successful Lives eating everything in moderation.

Sadly some children are having too much screen time, with little time outdoors being active and keeping fit. This increases levels of anxiety & produces the hormone cortisol, a long term stress hormone that leads to increased appetite. They then turn to the unhealthy 'quick fix snacks'
We at Naturally For You have some suggestions on stocking up on some healthy inbetween snacks and advise you on good healthy foods for your family.
