My mission is to help any individual reach their fitness goals no matter their situation. With 5 years of training experience, I've been able to become an expert in maximizing fitness results within a short period of time. Before stepping into fitness full time, I was a Highschool athlete that played football, basketball, rugby, and ran track. Playing these sports definitely took a toll on my progress because I'd have to bulk up for rugby and then slim down for track/basketball season.

The consistent weight change definitely wasn't fun but I'm thankful for the experience because now I get to help you reach your dream physique since I've taken both routes numerous times. A Healthy Fit Lifestyle

A well-designed, integrated training program produces optimal levels of:
- Flexibility
- Endurance
- Neuromuscular control
- Alterations in body composition - Strength
- Power

To achieve optimal training results, the body must adapt to specifically imposed demands and stresses. The ability to adapt to stress is known as the “General Adaptation Syndrome”. There are 3 stages of response to stress:.
1. Alarm reaction (or initial activation of protective processes within the body)

2. Resistance development (or an increase in the functional capacity to adapt to a stressor)

3. Exhaustion (or stress that is too much for the system and causes an injury). To avoid injury 🩹, adaptive programs must include carefully and methodically planned (periodization 😴 ) cycles through different stages, which allows for sufficient rest and recuperation (Rest days)

About the lesson

I will guide you through specific routines designed to get you moving in fun and exciting ways using a combination of HIIT, bodyweight, strength training, and mobility for an effective way to work out and help you reach your exercise goals. All fitness levels and ages are welcome!! I'm an athletic trainer with the main focus on improving and unlocking the athlete's full body, muscle, and mind potential. All of our sessions will be so much fun and great trust me its a beautiful journey
