Madi’s movement journey began in the ballet studio, as a KZN dancer 🩰 — years of discipline, body awareness, control, and grace.

What she carries from ballet into rebounding is a deep respect for the body: how it moves, how it adapts, and how powerful 𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘭𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘵𝘩 can be.

She was drawn to rebounding because it offers freedom where ballet demanded precision — movement that feels supportive, low-impact, and kind to the joints, while still building strength and stamina 💪🏻

As an instructor, Madi’s goal is simple: she wants you to leave class feeling lighter - in your body and in your mind 💛
