Hierdie een kan so so moeilik wees. So baie van ons is gewoond daaraan om AL ons kos te móét eet. Hierdie is dalk iets om bietjie oor na te d**k. As deel van gesonde, langtermyn ontwikkeling, wil ons ook graag hê ons kinders moet 'n gesonde verhouding met kos ontwikkel en kan luister na dit wat hulle lyfies vir hulle sê....

Dit maak dit soms net moeilik wanneer hulle lyfies nét roomys vir aandete wil hê 😁 . Gesonde grense is altyd die antwoord!

Exam stress incoming!!

Baie sterkte aan al die ouers en kinders met die opkomende Junie eksamen!

*slaap genoeg
*eet genoeg (en gesond!)
*drink genoeg water
*SPEEL genoeg

Dear Students,

Exams do not measure your intelligence, your worth or even your learning.
They measure your ability to digest and re-share information (often asked in trick-speak to test the way your brain processes), in tense conditions and under pressure.
We can’t all do that.
Doesn’t mean you didn’t pay attention, study hard or try your best.
And it certainly doesn’t mean you are not amazing, wonderful humans with so much to offer this parched world.
Chances are you would be able to answer correctly on the same subjects in a relaxed environment with straight-shooting questions.
The system is flawed, but that’s okay, you’ll do just fine when you find your thing.
Your time to shine will come.
And oh will you shine.

Hi everyone!

I am so sorry for how quiet this page has been! Social media is unfortunately not one of my strong suits.

Welcome to NuKids Play Therapy!

I truly hope this page becomes a favourite resource and a place of connection. NuKids Play Therapy is about empowering our little humans to live up to their huge potential.
