And that's a wrap of my maternity leave for the last time.
Baby girl started out in NIcu tor 9 days, grew from strength to strength.

Getting to hold her after the 9 days was just an indescribable feeling for both Daddy. Her brother kisses and calls her gorgeous on the daily, and she can't stop giggling at him. She has grown into the cutest, smiley, talkative, and chunky little girl that we love beyond words.
Unfortunately, she landed up in hospital over the long weekend with RSV just after Luca had Broncial pneumonia and is still not fully recovered, which is heartbreaking.

My last day on maternity leave was filled with a very upset , unsettled little girl who literally wanted to be stuck to Mama.

I am so thankful for my beautiful babies, but I have to say it's difficult with 2 little ones. They are my pride and joy, and seeing them unwell breaks my heart. They have given me so much more than they will ever know, and my love for them is endless..

It's time to get back into the world again and work hard for my beautiful family of 4!

November ended in our little girl coming 2 weeks earlier than expected - unexpectedly. ( labor started for me on Thursday evening, which I didnt actually think it was for sure) Friday evening, the 29th of November, she made her arrival, and we welcomed her home on the 8th of December after being in NICU.

A different birth and post partum experience for sure, but we are beyond blessed to have you home, safe and sound, our beautiful Liliana. Your big brother loves you to bits, and mom and dad are so in awe of your strength 💪 ❤️

Last evening being 31... I still don't feel like I'm even in my thirties, but life has definitely happened.

I'm stronger while also eating otees in bed midday lol and more driven to do better for my family. I don't look the same or have the same energy I did 3 years ago, but it's just a season.
I am looking forward to the next chapter as a Mom of 2 being 32 💓

Motherhood isn't easy, but I can promise you it's worth all the tears and frustration. This chapter in my life has shown me that I'm stronger than I think and that my little family is what matters more than anything - they come first. Il always strive to be better and do better so they can have the life they deserve 🥰

September is just about done, which means 2 more months of being a family of 3. I am excited and nervous all together - time is really a thief! It just goes by far too quickly, and while life is so busy, it's often hard to slow down and appreciate things.

Really going to try my hardest to soak up these last 2 months 💓
