Deadlift cues for anybody to perform the correct deadlift technique✅ 1. Stand about an inch away from the Bar. 2. Feet shoulder width apart. 3. Reach and grab the bar, inside of the elbow pushing against your knees. 4. Scapula into the back pockts( shoulders back and down ) engages the Lats. 5. Deep breathe. 6. Push floor away with feet and stand up . 7. Repeat steps 1-6✊🏽. Also shown is a set of 16 on 100kg. Felt like getting the heart rate up a little 😅.

My daily warm up that I do before every workout, no matter what I have planned for the session. I do this for a couple reasons,
1. I straight away get into the correct mindset to train.
2. It gets the nervous system firing and joints mobile.
3. Elevates your heart rate
4. Injury prevention
here is the routine if you would like to give it a go
A1. 200 Skips
B1. Bird Dogs 10 each side 2 sets
C1. Glute Bridge 12, 2 sets
D1. Front planks into side planks (hold each one for about 20 sec)
E1. Monster walks 5 each side and 5 kick backs
Repeat this for 5 rounds if you would like to turn into a workout ( very simple for minimal equipment at home)
