Shoulders Built for Contact

πŸ‰ Strong shoulders mean safer tackles.
Shoulder injuries are common in rugby, especially during contact. Strengthen and stabilise your shoulders with these key exercises:
β€’ Scapular push-ups (to build shoulder blade control)
β€’ Resistance band external rotations (for rotator cuff strength)
β€’ Overhead carries (for dynamic stability)
Do 2–3 sets of each, twice a week.

🧠 Too Much Screen Time?

School holidays often mean more time on devices. But slouching over screens can lead to a lack of movement, back pain and fatigue.

πŸ’‘Physios can:
βœ… Recommend stretching routines
βœ… Guide kids through movement breaks

Let’s protect little bodies from big problems!
